Vehicle Graphics Booking Form

In order to submit this form you will need: Information about the franchisee; Information about the franchisor; Information about the vehicle; Pictures of the vehicle; Credit card for payment.

The Process

1. BOOKING: Submit form and pay.

2. EMAIL: Acknowledgment will be sent to both Franchisee and Franchisor. Graphics approval will only be required if your particular vehicle requires major design alterations.

3. EMAIL: Graphics are being printed and prepared for shipping to our local installer.

4. EMAIL: Graphics are on their way to our local installer. It's time to contact the installer and arrange an install date that works for both of you. Local installer contact details and location are included.

5. EMAIL: Graphics have arrived at our local installer. A reminder to book your install date. Local installer contact details and location are included. Details about cancellation and the importance of arriving on time with a clean vehicle.

6. INSTALL DAY: Graphics will be installed as agreed with our local installer then you will be on your way!

Re-scheduling Fee

A rescheduling fee of $250 will apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled booking time.

The same fee will also apply if the vehicle arrives more than one hour after the agreed booking time on the day of installation.

Different Vehicle

Your graphics have been custom designed and printed for the vehicle you have detailed in this booking.

If a different vehicle is presented on the day from the one originally booked, and the graphics cannot be installed on that vehicle, the booking will need to be rescheduled and a new invoice issued.

The original invoice payment will be forfeited, as the graphics, that cannot be use, will have already been printed and time allocated for the installation.

Car Wash Fee

The vehicle must be presented clean to our local installer. Our installers always wipe the surfaces they are installling onto but If the vehicle requires washing or deep cleaning there will be a $150 fee. 

We recommend your vehicle is cleaned by a Jim's Car Detailing professional prior to drop off, it is not sufficient to run the vehicle through an automatic car wash.
